Island Property Tax Reduction (IPTRS) ONLY charges a fee if we successfully reduce your property tax assessment. If we are successful, our fee is 50% of the tax savings for the applicable tax year. If your assessment is not reduced, then there is NO FEE for our service.

We offer SPECIAL DISCOUNTS for Returning Clients, Military Veterans, First Responders, Law Enforcement Officers, Firefighters and EMTs.

We DO NOT charge any up-front fees.

We DO NOT charge any qualification fees.

Fees become due and payable within 45 days of the first invoice date and after official tax reduction notification.

To help our clients, we offer interest-free payment plans if the first installment is received within 45 days of the initial invoice date.

Fees may be paid via Zelle, cash, check, money order, credit or debit card.

If a SCAR petition is filed, a $30 court-imposed filing fee will apply.
